Glock 43 The 9mil single stack!

Personally I don't think anything with a manual safety and hammer is good for pocket carry.

    M1 Garand. What's it worth?

Oh yeah...CMP is the way to go.

    M1 Garand. What's it worth?

Id be more concerned with the receiver being a re-weld. Given the fact that you're not a Garand guy I'd probably pass.

    M1 Garand. What's it worth?

Depends on what you want it for. That wouldn't scare me, but he would need to add some coin. A new Criterion is $200 and Will can install it for ya.

    M1 Garand. What's it worth?

If that is really an '06 cartridge that barrel is wore out. I'm sure it shoots just fine it just won't be accurate at all.

    M1 Garand. What's it worth?

Actually disregard. I misread the SN...its late WW2. I thought it was a 6 digit SN....reading fail on my part. It's still a WW2 rifle that looks great. If you want a Garand I'd say the value is equal if you put your D.E. at $900-1k.

    So, who's bought a CZ Scorpion Evo3?

Which makes it pointless. ATF wants their $200.

    M1 Garand. What's it worth?

If he has an M2 carttridge as him to stick the bullet-end in the barrel and take a pic. Rough way of gauging muzzle erosion. Even if it is wore out a new Criterion unit is $200. It is likely a mixmaster given that it is a pre-WW2 receiver with a post WW2 trigger group. Still a very nice rifle...

    M1 Garand. What's it worth?

That's a pre-war receiver. I'd do it. The stock just looks like they wanted it "presentation pretty" if it was a gift from his men. http://myplace.frontier.com/~aleccorapinski/id11.html

    So, who's bought a CZ Scorpion Evo3?

Have yet to see one...but if it was .45 I'd be interested.

    M1 Garand. What's it worth?

As long as the Garand shoots and he is a vet I would do it....but that's me. A good working beat up Garand is a $750 minimum; that one is nice and pretty.

    M1 Garand. What's it worth?

DEFINITELY re-parked. Post WW2 trigger. Right now I'd say around $900 in the open market. The stock is very pretty....that's a wild card. Unless it's got some special parts it's just a re-parked standard SA until I can see an S/N.

    M1 Garand. What's it worth?

Gotcha. Well I'll try and help until Will gets here. I learned it all from him so....

    M1 Garand. What's it worth?

What's the SN? Looks like it has been reparked. CMP gun? All parts matching? Stock looks to be refinished as well.

Believe me I understand. I am in the throws a of a 1911 crisis of faith myself. NOTHING feels as good in the hand or is as naturally pointable/accurate to me as a 1911. I would trust my Ed Brown without question but ANY 1911 is susceptible to problems..and I hate that. My HKs are end-of-time...

Thanks..though honestly I don't have most of them anymore. I went buying/trading through the hierarchy of 1911 tiers and stopped at Ed Brown...I love it. Were I to buy a working man's 1911 it would be Dan Wesson or Les Baer...likely Baer as I can get them cheaper.
