If every gun I owned had to have a practical, utilitarian purpose I'd probably own 4-5 guns instead of 50-60. Remember what the second amendment is for. We have the right to be prepared for anything, regardless of how unlikely it may be.
If you're so fat that your thumb won't fit in the gigantic hole in those stocks and you don't have a dry place to take pictures of your guns, then you have bigger problems than worrying about what kind of stock to buy.
Same here. Well, I can't say "every gun", hunting rifles and shotguns are not always loaded, but every gun that I might carry and/or use for home defense is ready to rock & roll.

I put the crappiest steel ammo I can find through every gun I build, if it don't like it, I fix it. If I ever can't fix it, I'll get rid of it, but that hasn't happened yet.
