Flat bench, incline bench, dumbell flies, pull downs, bent over rows, sitting cable rows, abs yesterday. Finally able to workout without feeling like im fucking dying the next morning around 3-4 am.

Ran 5.4 of trails at Turkey yesterday. Leaves were so thick on the trails, it was hazardous. (can't see rocks, and fresh-fallen leaves are SLICK)

No running since Thursday. All day servicing new-to-me truck, then headed to woods Sat afternoon. Did one rep powerlifting nice 8 point into the back of the truck....gonna run today...

Haha some can for sure. Not me, but luckily I'm tall so I dont need to jump that high to dunk.
I could never do a reverse two handed lol. I'm only 6' and super white.
