So I had a chance to try out a Keltec Sub-2000 Gen 2 chambered in 40s&w this past weekend. I had high hopes for this little carbine because it is just an awesome concept. It is so versatile and can be carried so many different way because of how it folds up into a nice compact package. But once out at the range, things didnt go as planned.

Here's the first range video..... Let us know your experiences with the Keltec Sub-2000 as well!

I have two of these,9mmGlock and 9mm M&P. No failures yet,but only maybe 150 rds in the Glock and 100 in the Smith one. They are a little snappy on the cheek, there's an aftermarket buffer tube sleeve that helps.

I had a gen 1 sub2k in the Glock .40. it ran good, but it was snappy. I bought a recoil buffer and bolt tube cover from tacticool products. They made it more comfortable to shoot, but the bolt wouldn't lock back with the buffer installed.

Not even gonna ask...... Wait, yes I am! How the hell did you do that!?!

We went to Wolf Creek to shoot some 5 stand and Trap and I got a rental O/U shotty that was fucking filthy. It only fired like 75% of the time. They kept giving me shit saying that I was limp writing the shotgun. What it really was is they were mad that I out-shot them at the range that morning and at Wolf Creek that afternoon, even with a defective shotgun, too. I can't help it that I'm just that damn good.;)

We went to Wolf Creek to shoot some 5 stand and Trap and I got a rental O/U shotty that was thweet but kinda heavy. It was loud too, and kinda hurt my shoulder when it fired. The recoil and loud report made me close my eyes when I shot it. The two cool guys who invited me along - such nice fellas - they were FABULOUS - kept giving me shit saying that I was limp writing the shotgun because I would close my eyes and pull the trigger and it wouldn't fire (thank goodness, it almost hurt my feelings!). What it really was is they were mad that I out-shot them at the range that morning and at Wolf Creek that afternoon, even with a defective shotgun, too. We should try to get together and do that again some time.
