Work in some hills. Run with a bandana over your face (bandit style) if it continues to be a problem.
My neighborhood is a tad hilly. From front to back is about a half mile with three small ish hills. If I travel outside the neighborhood its very flat... But there is a nice little 3 mile circle around my neighborhood.

Started doing squats after reading Starting strength.
5x2 as heavy as possible, Almost PR'd.
I haven't squatted in a month yet I almost broke my PR of 325, just needed to push pass that last drive, just couldn't make it. IDK if its the low bar squat or just luck haha
