Just out of curiosity has anyone filed any forms since the rush to get it all done before the transition or you still trying to recoup funds from all of the forms sent.

There's a handful of stuff I would send off I had the money for it. But trying to get a reloading setup first

I was beginning to wonder if the rush of a dead line per say was making it more exciting to find the can in stock and get it mailed before the changes and now everyone is meh I'll get around to it but 18mos geesh that's insane.

I'm a bit curious too. I really meant to get a Form 1 or two sent off before the deadline, but with the two mortgages and other family expenses (and none of you cheap bastards buying my MK II :) ) I didn't get around to sending the forms off with payment.

So I guess I'll have extra hoops to jump through and some extra expense for photos and finger print cards. I'd like to get the SBR going before Thanksgiving. That's probably doable.

Where did you see that?? Im seeing guys from Feb getting approved this month.
Several NFA articles noting the flood of submittals before the 41F implementation have pushed out wait times dramatically. I have seen 18+ now from many sources, many from NFA dealers.

Form 1 times have started to trend back down a bit. I'm actually hopeful I'll have my Form 1 stamp by late September (submitted mid-April).

I hope so @Laufen cant imagine what an 18 month projected time of waiting for approval would do to the industry and sales.

I am waiting to see the new 41F items come through. Everything in that tracker will be under the old system. Couple the new added horseshit info for them to review and the piles of pre-41F backlog, I predict everything in that graph to trend at a severe incline in a while, drop down for a few, then steady back out. The bottle neck will be the last minute panic submittals.

Yeah, I need one possibly two more cans and I'm probably done. After these three stamps come in I'll be able to wait a while for something further down the road.

I will wait for an expert to chime in, but I would say yes! Besure that you have the 41f form filled out, unless you're the only one on the trust. Also, make sure that you have the correct CLEO noted.

I have 2 form 4's done 06/02/17... the process seems simple enough, just a pain having to have photo and finger prints!

@DoglegArms took my photo and Walton county did my prints for free. It's really not that big a deal.

Ok thanks I forgot about CLEO they have to sign for a SBR too I think more of an inconvenience and extra $ now I guess.
