I recently started on BPI Best Pre. It's a pre-workout with ketones and MCTs in it.

The stuff is friggin awesome.

Put on just enough clothing to keep folks from calling the cops, and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Don't eat packaged crap

Eat plenty of vegetables.

Meditate and sleep deeply.

Try to get ragey(fast motorcycle ride, heavy bag, sprints)

Any recommendations for some other good stuff to take? Looking to get back into shape after my back injury last year. Im looking at meal replacement shakes, pre workout, etc.

I figured cutting sugary drinks and sweating my nuts off in the shop every day would have done more. Havent lost shit though

BTW, this BPI doesn't make me itch. I can't stand that feeling.
Bulnox (B-nox) pre-workout drink and a LOT of stretching.

Stretching is for girls...

Seriously though, it can be over done. There's this hipster fuck that goes to my pool that stretches for 10 minutes before swimming.

If the sweat is mostly because it's 120 on the shop, that ain't doin shit for fat loss.

I'm using the Soflete Octane preworkout. It's pretty much just an old school preworkout, complete with itch and twitch, and some BCAAs and Creatine.
