even a bolt action 308 is too tactical because swat team sharpshooters use them.

Let us know for sure! I emailed Innovative Arms about the 9x39 round and whether or not it was ok to use with their Shepherd. I would think so, since it is subsonic and smaller than the .45 caliber of the can. I'll let everyone know when I hear back. I know several on here have one already or in jail. @Balthaz @Red Dawn (not that you have one, but I know you always like updates)

Yes knowledge is the key. When I get it I hope I know what door to open. Lol.

I’d be surprised if they say no on that one especially being under .30 cal and subsonic. Let us know when u find out.

Yup. But it's over 30 Cal. Under .45.
