I have different fitness goals these days.
Most of where I'm at right now is trying to avoid health complications as I get older so I can around longer for my kids and be a good example for them.

This. At the end of last year I stopped drinking Coke and really cutting back on the fast food and portion sizes. Guess it's really just calorie control and eating higher quality food.
