I fucked up today and have spent the last 2 hours trying to save my saltwater fish.

Luckily my brother has an RO generator and salt. I've gone across town twice and made saltwater and changed out 9 gallons. Fish are breathing and acting mostly normal now. That sucked. They were struggling to stay upright and getting stuck to my powerheads for a bit.

salt water aquariums always seem so cool but then i hear the horror stories about maintenance and what can go wrong

Was gonna swap the stock out to the old school style skeleton folder 180.00 but I’m actually okay with the factory stock and like the ability to adjust it.

My LOP on Galil is a bit weird. Closer than I usually have an adjustable stock to get good sight picture so that’ll save me some cash keeping the OG stock on it

the SIG adjustable stock and picitinny back end look really good though but damn mo’ money same result

I’m really excited about my next 2 Rivers Super WASR build and I’m AK committed through and through but damn this Galil is a battle rifle masterpiece.

think I’m gonna enjoy the WASR rebuild a lot. May have some fun and BFPU it real nice. Drag it around more in public and general purpose the hell outta it.

I tend to baby the triangle folder more than I should, and rarely get the RPK out and about because it’s a damn HOSS. They’re both 2 rivers builds, so I want a solid ass 2 rivers build I’m not afraid to put into a general purpose shooter position. That was the whole reason behind the original purchase of the WASR and just because I’m giving it a rebuild didnt change the fact of the roll I wanted it to play.

same reason i dont shoot my rpk that much as well. thing is just a beast to carry around, but god damn do i love popping the bipod out and going to town in the prone position. i realllllyyy want to get a binary for it at some point.

7.62x39 is the most accurate AK I have ever shot, including Soviet army issued RPK74, army AK 74 and civilian 7.62x39 Vepr. 5.56 ACE is in my near future, to replace the one I traded. I can only imagine how accurate it is.

But longevity of barrel life isn’t just whether if not you clean them. It’s about what the barrel was made of. Sure, you can ruin a great barrel by not cleaning it, but you can’t make an average barrel great by cleaning it.

ginger root, take about a 1” section. Cut it into thin slices. Doesn’t need to be super thin like 10 slices. Throw in pot of amount of water you’re gonna drink or a little more. Bring to boil and leave for 5 minutes. Strain out the root and drink the water.

great for acid reflux and stuff.

If you want stronger flavor boil longer but Five minutes was potent for me.

keep your root in the refrigerator and it’ll last alot longer.

we juice a ton of ginger at my house. normal bevarage of choice is fresh pineapple and ginger juice. i've also taken some shots of just straight ginger juice and my god will that light a fire under you.
