We had 50 Floor do ours, I wouldn't recommend them. They left the biggest mess imaginable. The laminate was "free", all we paid for was "installation". It was still like $7k for downstairs, but they also tiled our bathroom.

I second the vinyl plank idea. This laminate isn't nearly as indestructible as they made it sound like it would be. Where I roll my chair around in the office is all faded looking.
Yes. Vinyl. plank will outlast laminate. We went with bamboo because wife did not like vinyk
10" chop saw makes install faster. Need 10" blade to cut 6" planks. 8" is not big enough
Depends a lot on how out of level your slab is now
But knowing y’all you have 3 story houses with basements and all your engineered silent floors are perfect

Down here in the gutter our slab is off by 3” and a combination of screening, floating and boat loads of concrete and sub floor etc we’re only kinda wavy
Yeah when floor leveler concrete isn’t enough, it’s time to call the engineer and a damn good lawyer

We only have two stories... adding a third next week.
We went laminate in all of downstairs. $4,000 for about 1000 sq/ft installed material and labor.
Jury is out on how durable it will be, but felt we got a fair deal as our flooring amigo had extra laminate he had extra around for cheap.
